What you will need:

1/3 cup butter

1 oz cream cheese

1/3 cup Swerve Sweetener

1 egg

tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp almond extract

1 cup coconut flour (or half coconut half almond flour)

1 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

natural food dye

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray 2 cookie sheets with no stick cooking spray, or line with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients, mixing well one at a time. Once they are thoroughly mixed together, add in the wet ingredients, also thoroughly blending after you add in each ingredient.
